Virtual Workshop - WWF
On Tuesday 25th May 2021, both Year 6 classes participated in a virtual workshop. It was all about life on our planet Earth! During the workshop, we learnt all about the problems that is ruining our beautiful planet such as: climate change, waste, deforestation and much more. We also learnt about how to reduce and solve some of these problems as well as some interesting facts about different animals. Did you know that a tiger's urine smells like buttered popcorn? The workshop was amazing and thank you to the WWF.

This week, in Maths, we have looked into understanding how to solve ratio problems. First, we linked ratios to fractions and then we linked it to our times tables. Finally, by using our understanding, we were able to apply this to a range of reasoning problems.
