Give to others....we created a chain of kindness today with our class mates
What a week we have had! This week year 5 have explore lots of different ways to enhance our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of others. We took part in daily meditation and collect act of workshop, took time each day to show what we are grateful for and explore what helps us stay calm and relaxed. This week we also took some time to discover what we like about ourselves and what other like about us, designed a recipe for our perfect day , delighted in the wonders of nature and took some time to just breath. Year 5 discussed how friendships are so important to our wellbeing and to celebrate this we each created a beautiful friendship bracelet for a friend in our class. Most importantly however, we learned that we are all capable of amazing things!
