WB 03.11
Although it has been a four-day week back at school, it has been very busy for Year 3. They have started working on their new book, The Lion Inside, which they will use to write independent narratives in the next few weeks, and have continued to consolidate their maths skills using column addition and subtraction. Cherry Tree class have started a new geography topic called our world, and have already used a range of sources to identify different countries on a map, as well as to sort human and physical features. In history, they learned about the arrival of the Beaker people and the start of the Bronze Age, and in computing, they began their project on stop motion videos. The week was rounded off with a mass to celebrate All Saints Day. Well done Cherry Tree Class!
