At St Josephs, our aim is to promote physical, social, emotional and mental wellbeing. A healthy school helps equip pupils, staff and families with the skills and attitudes to make informed decisions about their health.
14th June 2021 marks the start of Healthy schools week .
Healthy school's week celebrates and promotes healthy eating, emotional wellbeing and being active.
During last years Healthy schools week, the children participated in different challenges, including drinking 8 cups of water a day and eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables. All of the children in the school also used their creativity to create a 3D healthy plate of food using different materials.
