This week has been a busy last week of the first half term. The children moved on to using the column method to subtract with two exchanges, and finished writing and editing their independent non-chronological reports. They completed their Innovate Projects for science, planning the investigation, collecting and analysing the data, and discussing what they could change to improve the outcomes. In Reading, we finished up with Fantastic Mr Fox and are ready for the new challenge of Fox and the Ghost King after the break. In computing, we wrapped up the learning about digital devices and processes and are looking forward to working on stop-motion features next half term. It has been a busy start to the school year, but everyone has made fantastic progress so far and is looking forward to the rest of half term to recharge for the term of learning!
