Week Beginning 20/10/25
We had lots of fun learning experiences in our last week of Autumn 1!
In maths activities the children enjoyed ordering numbers and practising learning about the whole and parts of numbers 1,2 and 3. In phonics we explored the ck, e, u, and r letter sounds and in shared reading and writing we read and practised writing simple sentences about farm animals.
In RE we learnt all about Mary and practised saying the short version of the rosary using our class rosary beads. We also shared pictures of our own Baptisms. We enjoyed learning about Diwali and we made dia lamps, firework pictures and we decorated rangoli patterns.
