It has been a whirlwind of discovery and celebration this week for Year 6! In the classroom, our mathematicians delved into the world of Statistics, mastering the art of interpreting line graphs, dual bar charts, and pie chart percentages. Our English sessions were equally busy as students explored the structure of main and subordinate clauses, using these skills to draft persuasive advertisements for their very own "spy gadget" inventions. On the sports field, we sharpened our Dodgeball skills by focusing on agility and reaction times through high-energy "target practice" drills. Thursday marked a spiritual highlight as we joined Father Paul for a beautiful whole-school Mass to celebrate the Feast of St Joseph. The atmosphere was truly reflective, allowing students to consider how they can adopt St Joseph’s gift of listening to God’s voice in their own lives. To top it all off, the week ended with a burst of excitement at the school disco, where everyone had a ball dancing the night away!
