WB 23.03
The final week of the spring term was an exciting one for Year 3. They had an amazing workshop which combined science and music, in which they used technology to compose music. They finished up their writing with a playscript based on our text, Oliver and the Seawigs, and they completed their maths unit of Mass and Capacity. We completed our Innovate project for Art and DT, where the children made CAM models and explored the different movement made by different CAM shapes. the children coded their own Sprites in computing and wrote up their Innovate Project on Earthquakes and Volcanoes. Towards the end of the week, Cherry Tree Class watched Year 5's re-enactment of the Stations of the Cross, and everyone went home with an Easter egg. Following a half term full to the brim with learning, a two week break has been well-earned! Happy Easter!
