Year 6 Educational Visit to the National Army Museum
Year 6 had a knowledge-filled day of fun at the National Army Museum. We took part in a workshop centred around London during the Blitz and the jobs taken on by civilians to support the war effort - first researching, then presenting. We then had an opportunity to explore the museum’s galleries on a treasure hunt for significant artefacts. Year 6 showed excellent historical knowledge, so much that the helpers at the museum were astounded by everything they knew! Well done, Year 6, for an enthusiastic day of fun and engaging learning!
