The final week of term in the run up to Christmas has been full of fun and festivities! The children performed beautifully in their carol concert on Monday afternoon at St Mary and St Ethelburga's Church. On Tuesday, we were treated to a fantastic music concert from an excellent ensemble of wind, brass, percussion and string musicians, who played a medley of songs that the children enjoyed singing along to. They created beautiful Christmas card with golden glitter for friends and family, and had a fantastic time at the Christmas disco, where the dancing was wild and the singing was loud! Wednesday brought a a delicious Christmas lunch, and Thursday was the class party, in which the children had a second dance off and enjoyed the lovely food donated by our wonderful families. The week was rounded off with a lovely celebration assembly and an early finish for the Christmas holidays. Wishing everyone a safe and peaceful Christmas break, we look forward to seeing you all back at school on 5th January. Merry Christmas!
