Our on the beach topic was in full swing today, when we visited Chalkwell Beach. Whilst at the beach, the children explored rock-pools; gathered and examined seaweed; discussed and observed the tide changes; played with the sand including digging holes; found shells and treasure, ate ice lollies and played games. The weather was just perfect and Mrs Tomlinson was proud of our exceptional behaviour.
