Year 6 have shown excellent resilience and determination during the final week of half term. The children worked incredibly hard as they completed assessments in Mathematics, Reading, and Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar, approaching each challenge with a positive attitude and giving their very best effort.
Alongside their testing, the children produced some fabulous work inspired by Maya Angelou as part of our Black History Month celebrations. They explored her life, achievements and powerful messages, creating thoughtful and engaging pieces that reflected both their creativity and understanding.
We are extremely proud of the hard work, perseverance and enthusiasm shown by all the children this half term. Well done, Year 6!
