Week beginning 8th June 2026
We had a very busy and exciting week celebrating World Ocean day as part of our Beach topic! The children made Ocean pictures and talked about looking after beaches, keeping them clean and litter free. They also use their phonics skills to label ocean creatures and they wrote simple sentences about their favourite Ocean creatures.
In maths we explored making more complicated repeating patterns using shells, and pebbles etc.
Next week we are looking forward to Sports day on Tuesday, and we are planning our Splash Day!
