We then had an opportunity to explore the museum’s galleries on a treasure hunt for significant artefacts. Year 6 showed excellent historical knowledge, so much that the helpers at the museum were astounded by everything they knew! Well done, Year 6, for an enthusiastic day of fun and engaging learning!

We were delighted to celebrate a joyful Going Forth Mass at St Mary and St Ethelburga Parish Church, marking the next step in faith for our First Holy Communion children. The church was filled with pride, prayer and community spirit as we honoured these young members of our school community.

Their journey continues and we’re so proud of each child for embracing this special milestone. A heartfelt thank you to the families, Father Paul and everyone who made the day so meaningful.

    God bless our First Communicants!
