  • Football Match

Thu 18 Nov 2021 The children in Year 6

St Joseph’s football team took on Ripple Primary school on Thursday 18th November. Our team consisted of: Yemi, Joshua, Benedict, Jordan, Chichebem, Calvin, Rowen, Alex, Ruyi, Anthony, David and our goalie Rithvik.

Calvin scored the first goal after an amazing cross from Rowen. Yemi then went on to score making it 2-0. The ball went back and forth before Rithvik saved a wonderful shot from Ripple. During the second half, our left wing, Joshua crossed the ball and David scored a tap in. The final goal was a powerful shot by our right winger Benedict making the final score 4-0!

We cheered our opponents and shook hands with every player. A special thank you to Mr Campbell for being our coach and Mrs Wilson for organising our matches!
