- BBC Bitesize English - A comprehensive guide to all things English, with step-by-step guidance.

Spelling, Punctuation, Grammar
- Spelling City - This website has a few free interactive resources which can help students learn and memorize spelling and vocabulary words. It also provides students with the opportunity to take a traditional spelling test and receive immediate feedback.
- Topmarks (Spelling) - Various spelling programs including where students can enter the spellings they have to learn, test themselves and even listen to words in a sentence. The game 'Spelling Frame' is particularly useful as it aligns with the National Curriculum.
