Anti-bullying Week
Fern class started the week practising for their class assembly. They were both anxious and excited yet worked tirelessly and successfully delivered their assembly focused on anti-bullying to their parents and fellow Year 3 peers. Students enjoyed a live assembly which enlightened them on the various forms of bullying and what they can do if they experience bullying. In English, writing a diary entry was the focus of this week's lessons while students practised equal grouping and multiplication in Maths. We discussed Judaism in R.E. and they were introduced to the Bronze Age in Topic. Students had a go at cooking potatoes in various ways and even made a tomato-based sauce which paired well with their grilled potatoes for Science. The week ended as the students bowed in front of their parents and trusted adults with proud smiles.
