Cherry Tree class had a very busy week this week. They learned all about different food groups in Science, continued building on their place value knowledge in Maths, and wrote a fantastic narrative, based on the book, Gorilla, by Anthony Browne, in which they went on a night time adventure with a magical animal of their choice. On Thursday evening, St Joseph's hosted a movie night, featuring the live action film, The Little Mermaid, which the children enjoyed with drinks and popcorn. On Friday morning, they attended the fundraising coffee morning, which they helped support with donations, and it was non-uniform day! On Friday afternoon, Cherry Tree class had a fantastic time exploring how they could make art on digital devices, and made their own masterpieces. Well done for a fantastic effort this week!
