Week beginning 20th November 2023
Last week we created our own sea monsters. This week we used hot seating to find out a bit more about our new characters. We asked very interesting and thoughtful questions.
In Geography, we carried out some data collection and transferred our data onto bar graphs. We walked to the front of our school to track how many different types of vehicles drove past our school. This was a brilliant collaborative activity where we were able to work well as a team.
Recorder lessons
We have been working very hard in our recorder lessons. Year 2 know lots of notes and can now play a tune independently. Have a listen!
All of Rose class displayed excellent kicking skills at the Pro Strike event this week. Children showed great sportsmanship, cheering and encouraging each other to do their best!
