Week beginning 13th November 2023
To launch anti-bullying week we came into school in some fantastic odd socks! We discussed that our odd socks show each and every one of us that despite our differences, we are all unique and special.
We visited the book fair this week. We enjoyed listening to a range of different books from different genres.
Year 2 had a fantastic time at Eastbrookend Country Park on Friday. It was a wonderful opportunity for their learning to come to life. They visited different habitats at the country park such as wetlands, woodlands and grasslands. They even had an opportunity to do some pond dipping and bird watching. To end the day, the children enjoyed exploring the Adventure Playground. Take a look at some of the brilliant woodland habitats that the children made in groups. We had some very creative habitat designs.
