WB 12.02.24
It's been a busy final week of the half term for Cherry Tree class. The children have written a narrative in the style of Krindlekrax, they have worked hard on calculating the perimeters of irregular shapes, and many of them attended parents' evening to hear about their amazing progress since Christmas! The children have been working really hard on their jumping and throwing techniques in PE, and completed a fantastic mini research project on volcanoes. We went to church as a school on Wednesday to celebrate Ash Wednesday and the beginning of the Easter period, and the children spent some time learning about the gospel proclamations and the the gathering of congregations in their RE lessons. After a very busy week, right up until the last moment, I hope everyone has an incredible half term, full of rest, relaxing, and lots of fun!
