Fern Class Energetically Returns to School!

Looking sharp and refreshed, students dived straight into their learning continuing to practice their addition and subtraction of 2 and 3-digit numbers. They ended the Stone Age and reviewed their artwork, suggesting ways they could improve in the future. In preparation for Remembrance Day, students enjoyed making Poppy Wreaths for display. Pugs of the Frozen North was introduced to the students as our focus for Guided Reading; for cross-curriculum links, students shared their predictions of the story and role-played their favourite parts. All in all, a wonderful start. Let's look forward to another wonderful week.
