Year 3's final week of the Spring term was a whirlwind of excitement and learning adventures! Students transformed into palaeontologists and got their hands dirty during our Dino Dig workshop. They carefully searched sandpits to identify various dinosaur fossils such as the Tyrannosaurus Rex, Stegosaurus and the horned Triceratops. Completing their Rocks, Relics and Rumbles Geography learning, students embarked on a volcanic quest, working in teams to craft their very own fiery mountains for their innovative project. With boundless creativity and spirited discussions, they brought their visions to life. In the midst of all the fun, we recapped our four operations in Maths and reviewed spelling, grammar and punctuation in English. In our incredible Road Safety Workshop, students learned how to be safe on the road with a fun game of Snakes and Ladders. We ended the week with an Easter egg hunt, as students scoured every nook and cranny, their faces lighting up with delight as they discovered their sweet treasures, ready to be savoured at home.
