Such an engaging week in Fern class which started off with character descriptions in English and using multiplication and division facts in Maths to solve calculations. We had a lovely visitor from CAFOD who spoke to the students about helping those in need and how they can also make the world a better place. Students enjoyed another exciting lesson on programming in I.T. and an incredible science workshop where they successfully completed their mission of launching into Earth's orbit. The highlight of the week however, was our Geography lesson on the various types of rocks. Students were able to explore the rock cycle, creating different types of rocks using starbursts. We ended the week in celebration assembly, highlighting those who excelled this week.
