The girls year 5 and 6 mixed team competed in the Appleyard shield. After winning their first round knockout game they had the mighty Godwin to overcome. The girls fought and battled not giving up an inch, but unfortunately they conceded a goal, which ultimately knocked them out of the competition. They really put on a fine display and the watching parents were thoroughly entertained. Well done St Joseph's...Fantastic battling spirit.
