WB 29.4.24
We started the week deepening our knowledge of money in Mathematics and using practical resources to add, subtract and convert money. Students worked in groups and pairs to help facilitate their learning and sharpen their skills. Students successfully completed writing their play script in English and had the opportunity act it out for their classmates. In the role of scientists, students carried out a celery experiment with the aim of seeing how water is transported through stems. We also had an exciting trip to The Natural History Museum where students enjoyed an engaging exhibition about volcanoes and earthquakes. During this exhibition, students used their knowledge to decide whether a town needed to be evacuated. What a lovely days with great weather and learning! See you next week Fern.
